I started applying glazes to the test pieces and the method I used was brushes and different sized brushes to create different effects. I felt a bit like painting but didn't really know what the final result would be, which was exciting. I used 3 or more glazes on one test piece and some were overlapping and some were not. The aim was to maximise the uncertainty.
